Our top client in the logistics industry, is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join their team. As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Must have relevant experience and good tenure.
**Job Title:** Warehouse Clerk
**Location:** Dallas, TX
**Pay Range:** $18.00/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Compile data from various sources such as purchase orders and invoices to maintain accurate inventory records.
+ File Bills of Lading (BOL) and packing lists into vendor files and assist Accounts Payable with invoicing issues.
+ Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against records and manage shipping labels.
+ Examine incoming shipments, reject damaged items, and correspond with shippers to resolve discrepancies.
+ Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies while ensuring proper stock organization.
**What's Needed?**
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and documentation.
+ Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
+ Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems like SAP.
+ Good communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
