The main purpose of this position is to assist warehouse manager to ensure that all operations in the warehouse are in compliance with cGMP and SOPs.

Ensuring that all the training procedure of warehouse is followed and in compliance with cGMP and company procedure. Ensuring personnel files are created and updated as relevant SOP.
确保仓库所有培训流程符合cGMP，确保个人培训档案按照相关SOP建立和更新。
Coordinating the activities internally and externally regarding training, procedure update and critical deviation / change control following up, etc.
协调内部门和外部门相关的培训，更新标准操作规程，追踪关键偏差/更改控制等等。
RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Personnel人员
Ensure that all the trainings of warehouse are carried out according to procedures.确保仓库所有的培训根据需要已执行。Ensure that the training records are up to date.
确保及时更新培训记录。Ensure all CV and JD is up to date.
确保及时更新个人履历表和岗位说明书。Assist warehouse manager to prepare a yearly training plan to all employees and ensure its execution.
协助仓库经理准备年度培训计划并确保其执行 。
2. Quality management质量管理
Supervise that the responsible function is compliant with all relevant guidelines, cGMP and regulations through self-inspection/spot check and documents reviewing.通过内部的自检和文档的审核，监督指导负责的区域均符合所有相应的法规，GMP和规则。Prepare and follow up the training plan for new employee.
根据需求准备和追踪新员工的培训计划。Ensure all personnel folders are up to date.
确保仓库所有个人档案及时更新。Follow up all warehouse observations/deviations from internal/external audits, make sure the timely closure of deviations, CAPA and change controls.
追踪在内部/外部审计中发现的缺陷/偏差, 确保偏差, CAPA和更改控制的及时完成。Perform on site spot check in the warehouse, ensure the actions that come from spot check are reasonable and effective, train and assess the operators.
定期对仓库现场进行检查，确保检查措施的合理性有效性，对操作人员进行培训考核。
Follow up/ensure the entire SOPs’ up to date. Organize SOP training and ensure related person are trained before performing tasks. Archive training records timely.追踪/确保所有SOP及时更新，组织协调部门内部的SOP培训，确保相关人员在开展工作前得到培训，及时归档培训记录。Enrol in internal quality system audit and take the responsibility of follow up actions.
参与内部质量系统审计并负责追踪整改措施的完成。Assist QA compliance group to solve the relevant problem in the warehouse.
协助 QA规范小组解决仓库相关的问题。
Support Warehouse Quality improvement, Productivity improvement and Lean projects.参与仓库质量改进、生产效率改进、精益项目。
Be able to analyse warehouse related data and use risk assessment tools有分析仓库的数据的能力和风险分析的能力

QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE:
资质/经验
College graduated is required, 2 years working experience preferred in logistics or quality management of pharmaceutical industry.
大学毕业，有2年药厂物流或者质量管理方面相关工作经验的优先 Good computer skill is a must, familiar with Microsoft Office. SAP is plus.
熟练的电脑操作技能，熟悉office软件。有SAP使用经验者优先。 Fluent in written and oral English, CET-6 or equivalent
英语书面和口语流利, 大学六级或相同水平级别
