**Job Title: Warehouse Customer Support Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Customer Support Associate with strong computer skills and a high sense of ownership and urgency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a professional demeanor, excellent interpersonal skills, and be a skilled problem solver. **Responsibilities** + Utilize RF Guns for inventory control and pull parts to fulfill work orders. + Collaborate closely with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to ensure SAP and actual inventories are always synchronized and that material flows properly. + Conduct cycle counting and ensure accurate material stock levels. + Ensure materials are issued accurately for repair orders and sales orders. + Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for AOGs (Aircraft on Ground). **Essential Skills** + Strong computer skills. + Experience with warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, Oracle. + Good communication and organizational skills. + High school diploma or GED. + Previous warehouse experience. + Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations. + Physical dexterity and experience operating warehouse equipment. + Knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a warehouse environment. + Professional problem-solving skills. + Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work culture that values teamwork and employee development.
