**Job Title: Warehouse Customer Support Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Customer Support Associate with strong computer skills. The ideal candidate will have a high sense of ownership and urgency, a professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a problem solver, you will work closely with various departments to ensure inventory accuracy and material flow. **Responsibilities** + Utilize RF guns for inventory control and fulfill work orders. + Collaborate with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to synchronize SAP and actual inventories. + Perform cycle counting and manage material stock. + Ensure materials are the person out for repair and sales orders. + Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for AOGs. **Essential Skills** + Strong computer skills + Experience with warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, Oracle + Proficiency in inventory control and data entry software + High school diploma/GED + Previous warehouse experience + Good communication and organizational skills + Understanding of warehouse safety regulations **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Physical dexterity + Experience operating warehouse equipment **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values professionalism, ownership, and problem-solving.
