Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warehouse Customer Support Associate with strong computer skills. The ideal candidate will have a high sense of ownership and urgency, a professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a problem solver, you will work closely with various departments to ensure inventory accuracy and material flow.
ResponsibilitiesUtilize RF guns for inventory control and fulfill work orders.Collaborate with Production Control, Production, Material Planning, and other departments to synchronize SAP and actual inventories.Perform cycle counting and manage material stock.Ensure materials are the person out for repair and sales orders.Work cross-functionally to fulfill parts orders for AOGs.Essential SkillsStrong computer skillsExperience with warehouse management systems, SAP, ERP systems, OracleProficiency in inventory control and data entry softwareHigh school diploma/GEDPrevious warehouse experienceGood communication and organizational skillsUnderstanding of warehouse safety regulationsAdditional Skills & QualificationsPhysical dexterityExperience operating warehouse equipmentWhy Work Here?
