The Concessions Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concessions warehouse. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the concessions program and the warehouse team. The Concessions Warehouse Coordinator manages inventory, ensures efficient warehouse processes, and maintains high standards of product quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Functions & Expected Performance
Inventory Management:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of food and beverage products within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory levels. Maintain inventory records and provide regular reporting on stock levels, usage, and needs. Collaborate with the concessions managementWarehouse Operations:
Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse layout, ensuring easy access to products and compliance with safety protocols. Prepare and process orders for concessions operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to various locations. Manage the receiving, storage, and distribution of all concession supplies, equipment, and merchandise to event venues.Quality Assurance and Safety:
Conduct regular inspections of products for freshness and quality, adhering to food safety standards. Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, promoting a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security protocols within the warehouse facility.Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with the concessions team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of supply needs. Serve as a liaison between the warehouse team and event staff to address any issues or discrepancies. Assist with concessions operations on event days, including nights and weekends, to ensure smooth service and supply management.Supervisory Relationship:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility, this position reports to the General Manager of Concessions.
Education and Certifications
A high school diploma or GED is necessary. Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited higher education institution with specialized training in supply management or related field is preferred.Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics management role Strong attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members. Ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, lift up to 50# while bending and twisting regularly. Familiarity with food service or event operations a plus Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support athletic events
