The hourly range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

What Office Services contributes to Cardinal Health

Business & Administrative Support is responsible for assisting general business operations by providing an array of administrative and data support activities.

Office Services is responsible for performing a variety of clerical activities in support of their work teams in accordance with standard procedures. This includes clerical duties such as photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, and distributing mail. Maintains records, prepares forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience, preferredHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferredStrong communication skills preferredStrong Excel skills preferred

Responsibilities

Daily reporting of on site metricsCreate PowerPoint presentationsAssist with New Hire onboardingReceive ingoing and outgoing mailCorrections to Kronos timekeepingData Mining from various tools within the organization to be aggregated into excel spreadsheetsBilling and invoices payments (done mainly through outlook)Submitted PO (Blanket and otherwise) to extract payment to vendors.Electronically receive PO for site suppliesGeneral book-keeping and data filing.Help with Site activities (employee activity committee) and organize and order site luncheonsCheck site supplies and order replenishments.
