Warehouse Coordinator

TalentWorld is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented permanent Warehouse Coordinator to join our client’s team in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for overseeing shipping, receiving, forklift operations, dispatching, scheduling, order processing, and administration. Responsibilities Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, including processing orders and coordinating with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Coordinate with team members to ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are properly handled and tracked. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including proper storage of products and materials. Dispatch drivers and maintain accurate records of deliveries. Process orders and ensure all paperwork and electronic systems are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Clean criminal record check Reliable transportation to Burnside (public transit not available) Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment Working knowledge of shipping, receiving and dispatching procedures Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records
Employment Details Permanent full-time opportunity Afternoon shift 4pm-12am Salary: $18.75 per hour Pension, benefits, and employee discounts Positive work culture with growth opportunities
