Job Description:

As the Warehouse Coordinator, you will:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels. Expected inventory accuracy of 99.8%.

Review inventory reports and order patterns to identify items in need of automatic, recurring delivery.

Provides inventory reports to procurement and department managers as requested.

Records movements, maintains database, and reconciles actual stock count to system-generated reports.

Maintains Cycle Count Program and investigates discrepancies.

Participates in the development of Inventory Process Enhancements

Investigates Daily Inventory Discrepancies

Makes transfers, tags and tracks inventory items.

Ensures that FIFO and LIFO are maintained per customer expectations.

Provides documents for PFG shipments and support as needed.

Check in drivers by getting their information and communicating with the Receiving Team.

Schedules for inbound and outbound appointments.

Prepares Purchase Orders and Bill of Ladings for the receiving team and files Purchasing Orders and Bill of Ladings.

Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

2 years or more experience in a similar role.

Familiarity with SAP and WMS programs is a Plus.
