Job Description
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling shipment data entry, coordinating export clearance, arranging pick-up and transfer of shipments, and providing customer service regarding shipment status. Your role will involve creating invoices, arranging flights, and maintaining operational standards through report generation and SOP updates.
ResponsibilitiesEnter shipment data into the computer system to generate required documents and labels.Apply rates and charges and arrange export clearance through U.S. Customs.Track shipments with carriers from origin to destination.Arrange pick-up of shipments from customer or vendor and transfer to carriers.Print documents for shipments and assemble/distribute as required for export.Print and apply cargo labels to shipments.Provide service and support to customers and overseas offices regarding status, transit, or irregularities of shipments.Create invoices for customer shipments, third-party, and Freehouse billings.Arrange flights with airlines for customer shipments and provide flight information and shipment details to customers.Run reports for tracking milestones as required for QMS.Assist in creating and updating operations and customer SOPs.Issue and pouch MAWBs for shipments being tendered to airlines.Create and update non-conformance reports to ensure QMS standards are maintained.Maintain and update customer templates, pre-alert distribution lists, and new customer IDs.Essential SkillsGood customer service skills.Basic computer skills.Email communication proficiency.Experience with inbound calls, customer service, shipping, logistics, invoicing, and running reports.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to create invoices and print documents for shipments.Experience in maintaining operational standards through QMS report generation and SOP updates.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
