Job Summary: This position is responsible for review, process and ship Customer Sales orders, Domestic and International. Essential Job Functions: + Review open sales orders and generate pick tickets to ensure sales orders can be picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner + Ensure all documentation associated with sales orders is maintained (i.e., storage of pick tickets, sales order tracking details, communication to and from freight forwarders) + Ensure sales order fulfillment occurs on a FIFO basis unless there is a specific need to prioritize specific orders or customers based on urgency levels + Assist in material transfer from PS Warehouse to/from the Redlands Distribution Center as needed to ensure sales orders can be shipped complete and on time + Communicate via phone and e-mail with freight carriers to schedule material pick-up and/or delivery to customers + Respond to internal and external customers (i.e., sales order fulfillment ETA’s, material availability, material lead times) Additional Responsibilities: + Comply with all policies and standards. + Any other job responsibilities as assigned by management and subject to modification. Required / Preferred Education and Experience: + High School Diploma or Equivalent Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Knowledge of Vyaire Medical products + Experience in a similar role supporting order management in a warehouse environment preferred + Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail. + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems The hourly rate for this position can range from $20-23 per hour. The actual compensation may vary outside of this range depending on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
