Warehouse Coordinator

System One is currently seeking a  Warehouse Coordinator on a 2 year contract position located in Macon, GA. 

Warehouse Coordinator Responsibilities: Effectively manage construction warehouse and storage of project materials. Coordinate receiving of materials by working with buyers, invoice reconcilers, coordinators, and external suppliers and vendors. Ensure materials are inspected upon arrival for any damages, with all inspections documented. Provide receiving documentation to invoice reconciler for verification of receipt. Coordinate necessary preventative maintenance with appropriate leads/coordinators until installation and turnover. Ensure materials are stored properly and according to storage requirements until installation. Gathering, input, modification, consolidation, and distribution of various documents as directed.
Warehouse Coordinator Requirements: 0-3 Years of related experience. High School Diploma. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to get along with others. Ability to effectively work with a team or independently. Ability to multitask. Self-starter, proactive.

Duration: 2 years
Location: Macon, GA
Pay Rate: $20/hr
