Qualifications: 

6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong organizational and prioritization skills are critical.  Attention to detail is a top priority. Able to provide exceptional customer service. Understanding and following company’s  processes and procedures  Effective interpersonal skills- including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing. Proficient computer skills- solid data entry with high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Fluent in English, both written and verbal Desire for a career in supply chain/logistics. Responsibilities:

As a warehouse coordinator, you would be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all activities with the drivers, and warehouse while ensuring company is staying in compliance with STA guidelines.

A good understanding of the customer's Products and Services Basic understanding of world geography Understanding of Global Supply Chain and the role of an International Logistics Provider Managing inventory and cycle counts for varies company accounts.  Coordinate outbound shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders according to customer specifications.  Manage carrier relationships and coordinate delivery schedules.  Communicate effectively with other departments including sales, customer service, and purchasing to ensure smooth order fulfillment.  Collaborate with warehouse staff to address operational challenges and resolve issues. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office applications Ability to lift and move heavy items.  Forklift operation as needed, sit -down and stand-up/ reach.
