The Warehouse Coordinator is an integral part of a dynamic and a highly communicative cross-functional team environment working together to build seamless environment. It involves communicating clearly with all internal departments within the company on a daily basis. **Responsibilities:** + Work under general supervision of more experienced Technicians or Manufacturing Supervison supporting warehouse and production activities. + Comply with cGMP regulations, adhere to KSE SCIENTIFIC policies, and adhere to KSE SCIENTIFIC SOP and Batch Record directions. + Complete all necessary documentation in a manner that complies with Good Documentation Practices as tasks are performed. + Perform housekeeping, plant upkeep, and sanitization activities throughout receiving, shipping and production area as required. + Receive inbound deliveries by unloading and confirming accuracy of items being received. + Conduct a positive attitude while communicating with customers. + Attention to detail: read, sort, check, count, and verify numbers. + Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel. + Knowledge of postal or commercial shipping methods and procedures. + Maintain a clean and safe work environment + Keep delivery vehicles clean and free of unnecessary debris.
