Job DescriptionYard management coordination related to the Eastern-European Distribution CenterCoordination in case of facility and fleet problemsMonitoring of fleet utilization, analysis to find potential savingsEquipment repair coordination, follow-up relevant budgetDaily alignment with transport management centre for in- and outbounds (truck&container)Daily time-slot definition, alignment with inbound departmentClaim management, documentation and reportingManagement of related KPIs, collections of basic data for themParticipation in process-improvement projectsVerification of service fulfilment and relevant invoices

QualificationsBSc in economics, logistics or engineeringMinimum of 2 years experience in various areas of supply chain (eg. distribution coordination, transport management)  Good organizational-, time-management- and analytical skillsProcess oriented thinking and structured, precise working attitude Excellent communication and problem solving skillsGood sense of technique (ability to understand equipments used in warehouse, being able to negotiate technical problems)Active English and Hungarian language proficiency (written and oral)Experience with material handling fleet and facility management is an advantageKnowledge of ERP systems (esp. SAP) is an advantage
