Job description:

Opportunity Provide prompt and courteous responses, addressing customer concerns and ensuring their satisfaction. Order Processing: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Sending emails, processing waves, NetSuite, and experience using basic computer programs. Coordinate with warehouse staff to fulfill orders and arrange for shipment or delivery. Previous Customer Service experience a plus Microsoft Office Suite Basic computer skills Able to multi-task Attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills Able to work independently Apply Now
