Hours: 8am-4:30pm Mon-Fri, could work OT on Saturdays if needed.

Wage: $20.00 per hour

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse & Delivery Associate is responsible for shipping & receiving in the warehouse, inventory control and scheduling customer deliveries.

Responsibilities:

Warehouse Duties:

· Receive product shipments and maintain inventory controls

· Pick and stage next day deliveries and organize by truck

· Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse by routinely sweeping, removing trash and keeping materials organized

Delivery Scheduling:

· Call customers to schedule delivery and installation of product

· Accurately maintain schedule of deliveries in Outlook and Iridium

· Print delivery orders to prepare for picking of items in warehouse

· Close out daily delivery tickets

Delivery & Installation:

· Will be required to fill in as a Delivery & Installation Technician when necessary to ensure products are delivered as scheduled.

· Able to build equipment using proper tools and instructions.

· Able to test and properly present equipment to customers in home.

Maintain Best Work Practices:

· Maintain cooperative working relationships with all company employees, customers, owners and vendors.

· Understand and follow all safety policies.

· Punctual: begins work on time and returns from lunch and breaks on time

· All paperwork and database entries filled out completely and accurately

· Promote a positive team atmosphere with co-workers

· Other projects as assigned

Requirements

Education:

· High school degree or equivalent

Experience:

· Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred

Other Requirements:

· Valid driver’s license with good driving record required

· Basic computer skills required

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Outlook required
