Hours: 6am-5pm/Mon to Fri

Pay: $17.50/Hour

Job Summary: The Warehouse/Forklift Operator is responsible for efficiently managing inventory and materials within a warehouse setting. This role involves operating forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, and move goods while ensuring safety and accuracy in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products and materials. Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing inventory. Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies. Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and adherence to quality standards. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on forklifts and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Collaboration: Work with warehouse team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, equipment usage, and safety checks.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse setting or operating forklifts is advantageous. Certifications: Valid forklift operator certification is preferred. Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures.
