Your responsibilities will include: + Operating Standup Forklifts (similar to Raymond or Crown), Cherry Pickers, Turrets, and Hand Jacks + Accurately transporting, storing, retrieving, identifying, and sorting materials + Performing material put-away or pick tasks with precision + Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines + Participating in team and safety meetings + Maintaining a clean and organized workspace following the 5S methodology + Supporting overall warehouse efficiency by completing other duties as assigned **Qualifications & Skills:** + **Must have at least 6 months of Standup Forklift experience** + 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred + Ability to operate computers and scanners + Working knowledge of SAP systems + Strong communication skills and attention to detail + Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to sudden changes in operational demands + Ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructions **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift over 30 pounds + Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments + Flexibility to bend, push, and perform other physical tasks as needed **Important:** + **Safety shoes required from Day 1** + GED is preferred but not required This is a **temp-to-hire** opportunity with excellent growth potential.
