Adecco is seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse **Forklift Operator** to join our team in **Cortlandt Manor, NY** ! In this role you will be responsible for operating forklifts to transport, store, and organize goods within the distribution warehouse. The ideal candidate will have their **forklift certification** and **at least 1 year of direct experience** , a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency in a fast-paced distribution environment. Job Title: Forklift Operator Location: Cortlandt Manor, NY Start Date: ASAP Pay Range: $18 - $20 hr. Schedule: Monday – Friday 9 AM – 5 PM **Key Responsibilities:** + Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse. + Organize inventory and store goods in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and stacking. + Perform regular inspections of forklifts and other equipment, reporting any maintenance or safety concerns to management. + Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to prevent accidents and damage. + Help with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and other general warehouse tasks as needed. + Support team members by assisting with packing, sorting, and labeling of products. + Report any discrepancies in inventory, damaged goods, or safety hazards to management promptly. + Maintain accurate documentation and records for goods handled and inventory levels. **Qualifications:** + **Certified forklift operator** with at least **1 year of forklift operating experience** (required). + Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures and equipment handling. + English proficiency, written and verbal. + Reliable Transportation to worksite. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. **What’s in this for you?** + Weekly Pay of $18 - $20 per hour + Comprehensive benefit package. + Opportunities for growth, advancement, and longevity. + Stable, consistent working hours. **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
