This onsite supervisor position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of assigned personnel or processes in a warehouse environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Plans daily, weekly and monthly resources to maintain and control costs Identify and resolve operational and procedural issues Develops, trains, coaches, counsels and disciplines team members Monitors departmental progress and quality throughout the shift; assists when needed Ensures timely, accurate completion of all departmental tasks to ensure both internal and external customer expectations are met on a daily basis Ensures a clean and safe work environment All other duties assigned
