L&R is the largest distributor and the 6th largest purchaser of cosmetics in the United States.  We now distribute over 40,000 items (cosmetics, toys, school supplies, hosiery, hair accessories, OTC, HBA and more) through 3 regional warehouse locations in Arkansas, New Jersey, Nevada. We have openings across multiple departments.

Shift: Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm and occasional Saturdays

Job Summary

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for supporting various departments including Putaway and Receiving.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goalsEnsure execution of our customers’ fulfillment and distribution requirements, monitor and maintain proper safety and security controls, and support appropriate integrity controls.Stock/replenish items to their appropriate departments and shelves with unpacked itemsSafely utilize forklifts and power jacks to move materials according to proper safety instructions and as directedOperate a lift truck or hoist shipments from receiving platform to storage/reserve areaDetermining work procedures, preparing work schedules and expediting workflowEnsuring that all employees are in compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations and other company-related policies and procedures

Supervision:

This position is frequently supervised by the Warehouse Supervisor. 

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)One year of leadership experience
