Operations Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesOversees warehouse operations, managing a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers.•\tEstablishes or adjusts work procedures to meet warehouse demand as per productions schedules and workflow.•\tDevelops and maintains departmental work instructions for all tasks.•\tCodes and prepares proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.•\tEnsures maintenance of equipment and facilities.•\tIdentifies and recommends technical equipment and facilities improvements as necessary.•\tOptimizes warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization.•\tRecommends measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment.•\tSupervises and assists in daily warehouse and shipping operations.•\tEnsures stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.•\tEnsures set productivity and key performance indication (KPI) targets are met by motivating, organizing, and encouraging teamwork within the workforce.
Qualifications for the role\tBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.\tMinimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.\tStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\tProficiency in inventory management software, S&OP, and ERP systems.\tExcellent communication and leadership skills.\tAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.\tDetail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.\tFluent in English is mandatory, and better to have if German
