**Job Title: Warehouse/Inventory** **Job Description** The primary responsibility of the candidate is to receive inbound raw materials (FedEx, UPS, LTL shipments, truckload, and tanker deliveries), process the receiving in AX, work with QC and Purchasing on discrepancies, and transfer approved material to appropriate warehouse and production locations. The worker will transfer raw materials, finished product, pick orders, stage orders, and load customer orders on trucks, while keeping the area organized. **Responsibilities** + Receive inbound raw materials from various carriers + Process the receiving in AX system + Work with QC and Purchasing on discrepancies + Transfer approved material to appropriate warehouse and production locations + Transfer raw materials and finished products + Pick and stage orders + Load customer orders onto trucks + Keep the work area organized + Verify quantity, lots, and product numbers of received goods + Sign Bill of Lading + Put received products in QC hold for testing + Document inventory placement accurately **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with computer systems, including AX + Experience driving a sit-down forklift + Ability to place heavy loads in upper locations + Experience in inventory management + Strong communication skills + Capability to perform heavy lifting **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous manufacturing/warehouse experience + Experience with staging and picking orders + Familiarity with scanners and warehouse operations **Why Work Here?** At our company, you will be part of a purpose-driven organization dedicated to enriching lives and building a better future through the creation of healthier, tastier, and sustainable foods. Shift hours are flexible with options ranging from 7am to 6:30pm. The work environment includes the use of forklifts and inventory management systems, and employees are provided with uniforms. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wauconda, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
