ResponsibilitiesThis position is for Pactiv Evergreen Inc.
Inventory Control Lead is responsible for managing the inventory of the plants resin, non-poly, and finished goods (FG). Reports directly to Supply Chain Manager. Responsibilities include working with the Supply Chain Manager to maintain inventory accuracy through the various consumables of the facility. The inventory control lead is required to communicate effectively through various methods of communication to associates and warehouse management. This position may also be required to work overtime.

Follow all BRC requirements when in the plantEnsure quality hold material dispositioned properly; place materials on quality hold as needed. Ensure all products, labels, and locations upon movement of product is accurate.Report any concerns on quality immediately to appropriate leadershipPosition
A large part of the position involves cycle counts. Including the set up and validating any discrepancies. Ensure all entries are correct before the approval process begins.Cycle counts are done at least weekly, and this position is responsible for the corresponding reporting and communication. Ensure location is compliant with FG Exemption requirements; Maintain/Update IQA database on the G Drive; reconcile virtual locationsValidate finished goods discrepancies: use KSB1/KOB1 to validate TOVars-reverse as required. Record any discrepancies in G drive.Update daily KPIs for Warehouse and Materials for review in daily leadership meetingWork with materials lead on ordering material on time.Must be cross trained in materials lead position and inventory analyst positionWorks closely to help direct work or answer questions for the materials and warehouse leads and the inventory analyst.Identify and eliminate root causes of variances in inventoriesAdditional tasks as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager QualificationsQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required with 4+ years logistics experience.Proven experience with inventory control processesMust be Forklift certified.Must have strong organization skills and be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work responsibilities with sense of urgency to meet deadlines.High energy and motivated individual with the ability to effectively interact and communicate with internal and external customers.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Ability to be a team player and work with little supervision.Strong and proven computer skills: Microsoft Office Applications and SAP experiencePactiv Evergreen Inc.
