Warehouse Inventory Specialist
Job Description This person will be temporarily filling in for the current Inventory Specialist who is going on a 3-month military leave. Key responsibilities associated with this position: * Ordering and Receiving: The Inventory Specialist oversees the ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes for an organization's products and supplies for the Networking Department that services all utilities company. * Equipment Management and Shipment: They are responsible for managing network equipment. This involves keeping track of various network devices, such as routers, switches, servers, and other hardware components. They will be shipping requested equipment out to the correct recipient within utilities company. * ServiceNow Documentation: The Inventory Specialist documents all relevant information related to network equipment in ServiceNow. This documentation includes details about equipment specifications, maintenance schedules, and delivery requests/location of shipment. * Maintenance and Tracking: They track and analyze inventory maintenance, ensuring that equipment is well-maintained and operational. Compensation: $15/hr to $20/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
