We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to join our client's team, a leading distribution service in Cranbury, NJ. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in warehouse operations and strong leadership skills to oversee daily activities effectively.

Duties:

Lead and supervise a team of warehouse associates responsible for outbound operations.Coordinate and manage order picking, packing, and shipping activities.Ensure accurate and efficient order picking and packing while adhering to quality standards.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory control teams to maintain accuracy.Oversee the use of warehouse management systems to track order progress and manage orders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address order-related inquiries and resolve issues.Communicate with carriers and logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.Provide guidance and training to team members to ensure understanding of processes and safety protocols.Handle escalations and resolve any issues that arise during outbound operations.

Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.Previous experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.Fluency in both English and Spanish for effective communication.Familiarity with inventory management systems and order processing software.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.
