Our client, a prominent logistics company based in Westampton, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Lead to oversee and enhance operations for a key account. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth management of daily outbound orders, inventory control, receiving processes, and effective team coordination. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with hands-on experience in warehouse operations and a preference for bilingual abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of warehouse operations for a designated account, ensuring adherence to service standards and performance goals.Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of 4-5 warehouse staff, fostering an environment that encourages efficiency and high performance.Oversee the daily processing of 150-200 outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and timely shipment to meet customer deadlines.Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure stock availability meets order demand, while maintaining precise records.Supervise the receiving process, ensuring incoming shipments are accurately documented and properly stored.Collaborate closely with Customer Service Representatives to prioritize orders, ensure timely shipping, and resolve any issues promptly.Utilize bilingual skills (English/Spanish) as needed to facilitate clear communication with team members, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or similar environment.Bilingual skillsProven ability to manage teams and oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and receiving processes.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, particularly Customer Service Representatives.Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software.Understanding of warehouse KPIs and performance metrics.Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.Be comfortable working in a cold or frozen environment.Forklift experience is a plus
