GREAT WEST VALLEY COMPANY HIRING WAREHOUSE LEAD! Job Type: Long term contract Pay: $21.50 Hourly, Weekly Pay Schedule: Sunday-Friday. 5:00pm-finish Candidate must be flexible with start time each night. Start times can vary by 1-2 hours each night based on business needs. End of shift times will vary each night based on business needs. 6 hours to 10 hours per shift 35-45 hours per week. Mandatory overtime is required based on business needs and during peak/holiday season (Nov-Dec). A warehouse lead will manage the day-to-day operations of a warehouse, including shipping and receiving, inventory management, and loading of trailers for shipment. Candidate will also ensure that the warehouse is clean and organized, and that safety protocols are followed by all associates. Warehouse lead will also be responsible for: development & training of department personnel. Staff management in his or her department Motivating staff, supervising department associates and coaches, and ensuring that staff complete their tasks efficiently and on time. Qualifications include: Leadership Communication skills Attention to detail Previous warehouse lead experience
