The Warehouse Lead role requires a strong safety mindset and the ability to set an example for a culture of safety excellence and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

ResponsibilitiesYou will:
Train new selectors on the selection process Train warehouse employees and others regarding safety-related issuesAudit pallets and workAssist with loading, inspecting, and ensuring proper load quality.Collaborate with the supervisor to cover the desk when necessaryInvestigate incidents, accidents, and work-related injuriesPrepare and submit accident-related compliance forms and maintain filesDevelop various safety reports and cost-saving recommendations Develop employees engaged in safety, training, and/or compliance processes. QualificationsYou have:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent3 years of Warehouse Distribution experience2 years of Double Electric Pallet Jack experience2 years of Sit-Down and Stand-Up Forklift experience2 years of RF Scanner experience2 years of Selecting experience in a fast-paced environment2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a safety roleOSHA Certification for all material handling equipmentEngaging interpersonal skills and a safety mindset
