Our client, a rapidly growing fulfillment company, is looking for Warehouse Leadership candidates for their distribution center on the northwest side of Jacksonville. Our Warehouse Lead and Managers are responsible for training and coaching/counseling assigned staff, safe movement and packaging of all outgoing orders, ensuring completion of shipping paperwork, and assisting with inventory maintenance.

Your Day to Day:

Lead, train, and supervise all personnel in this position.Schedule workloads at the start and while in progress.Ensure all safety rules and regulations are continually observed and followed.Complete daily inspections of equipment and workstations.Check and verify all paperwork for outgoing orders.Conduct performance reviews and counseling sessions for assigned staff.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentAt least three years of recent leadership experience in a warehouse environmentExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.Strong computer proficiency, previous experience in data entry, and WMS preferred.Understanding of inventory control principles.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.Must be self-motivated and able to perform duties independently manner with minimal supervision.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$20.00 to $25.00 /hrMonday to Friday (possible weekend OT during peak)8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (possible daily OT during peak)
