**Warehouse Lead** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shipping Lead for our low volume manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will lead a small team and be responsible for shipping out 10-14 pallets a day. This role requires experience with inventory ERP or SAP systems. Forklift experience is a plus. **Skills** • Proven experience operating a stand-up forklift truck. • Familiarity with inventory ERP or SAP systems. • Ability to consistently adhere to company standards. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work effectively in a team environment. • Excellent communication skills. • Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment. **Responsibilities** • Operate a stand-up forklift truck to pick and package all customer orders in accordance with company standards. • Receive and put away all incoming material. • Load all outgoing material and unload all incoming material. • Package UPS shipments. • Clean designated areas of the warehouse as needed. • Label material according to customer specifications. • Follow and document all safety practices and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. • Utilize the ERP system effectively. • Perform all other duties/tasks as assigned. **Job Type** This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). **Work Site** This is a fully on-site position in Englewood, Colorado. **Pay** This position's starting pay is $28 per hour **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
