Our client, a prominent production and distribution center is seeking a Warehouse Lead to join their team in Robbinsville, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in warehouse operations and strong leadership skills to efficiently oversee daily activities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Lead for pickers and packers on the 2nd shift, directing employees and facilitating learning of processes and systems.Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and ensure accurate tracking.Inspect items for damage or defects before shipment to maintain quality control.Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of relevant lead experience in warehouse operations.In-depth knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory management procedures.Proven ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment maintenance.Forklift operation skills for material handling tasks.
