Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead and oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. Provide guidance, training, and support to warehouse staff to improve performance, productivity, and safety compliance. Monitor and manage inventory levels, perform regular cycle counts, and ensure accurate stock records using warehouse management systems (WMS). Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, promote safe work practices, and ensure that all warehouse equipment is properly maintained. Act as a point of contact between warehouse workers, management, and other departments, ensuring efficient coordination.

 

Hours & Pay:

Monday-Friday $20-22/hr 8am-5pm

Skills & Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (e.g., MS Office). Forklift certification and experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
