Our client, a global supply chain management solutions provider, is looking for Warehouse Leads in Morrow, GA. The ideal candidates must have previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within a 3PL or logistics environment.

Your Day:

Supervise and train warehouse staff, delegating tasks to optimize efficiency.Provide feedback to meet productivity and quality targets.Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment.

Qualifications:

High School DiplomaStrong ability to manage productivity and quality control while ensuring compliance with client expectations.Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and basic IT skills for tracking performance metrics.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage workflow interruptions.Experience with forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) is a plus.

Pay Rate/Shifts:

$180 to $200 /per day4:00 AM until finished10:00 AM until finished
