Our client, a prominent logistics provider in Carson, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee and optimize warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring efficient inventory control, and leading a dedicated team toward operational excellence. Responsibilities

Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.Train and mentor employees to ensure they are skilled and productive in their roles.Ensure daily tasks are completed effectively, maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational workflows and productivity.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and warehouse management systems.Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures specific to logistics.Proven ability to implement process improvements that drive operational efficiency.

Pay and Shift

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMPay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
