**Position Overview:** Adecco is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Lead to oversee our warehouse operations in Guilderland Center. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage team performance. + Coordinate receiving, storage, and shipping of goods. + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. + Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and procedures. + Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management. + Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency. + Perform regular audits to maintain inventory accuracy and quality control. **Qualifications:** + Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center, with leadership experience preferred. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Ability to lift up to [insert weight] pounds and operate warehouse equipment. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office. **Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
