**Job Title: Warehouse Lead** **Job Description** You will be working in a smaller warehouse picking and packing orders for shipment. The role involves picking items with a cart, working from pick tickets, going to correct locations, and pulling items needed for the day. There are two packers to a line who will pull orders from the pickers' carts, verify, pack, and weigh the packages. Once verified and weighed, the packer will use a computer to print a label and stick it to the box. You will also be responsible for building boxes, replenishing stock, stacking boxes on pallets, and wrapping pallets. As a Lead/Supervisor, you will help take most of the warehouse responsibilities off the owner, lead other employees, and take over additional tasks. **Job Description:** + Job title: Warehouse Lead + Location: Jacksonville, FL (southside) + Shift: 8:00am-5:00pm (M-F) - overtime available + Pay: $20-$22/hr based on experience + Warehouse environment (non-climate controlled) + Manage a team of 4-5 warehouse personnel. **Qualifications:** + 3+ years of picking and order fulfillment experience. + 1+ years as a lead or supervisor in a warehouse. + Experience managing warehouse personnel. + Understanding of packing lists/pick sheets and inventory locations. + Computer literacy. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift operation is strongly preferred. + Ability to lift up to 50lbs. + Bilingual preferred. **Why Work Here?** This is a growing company that will be moving into a larger warehouse on the south side of town next year.
