**Job Title: Warehouse Lead** **Job Description** As a Warehouse Lead, you will manage a team of 2 warehouse employees, with the potential to grow the team to 4 members. You will oversee all aspects of the warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and supplying production with necessary materials. You will also handle paperwork, certification of production, packaging, on-time delivery, accuracy of orders, and specific labeling of products leaving the warehouse. You will ensure that inventory levels are maintained to support continuous production. **Responsibilities** + Manage and lead a team of warehouse employees. + Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material supply for production. + Handle all warehouse-related paperwork, certification of production, and packaging. + Ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of orders. + Label products accurately before they leave the warehouse. + Track inventory levels to ensure continuous production. **Essential Skills** + Forklift operation + Safety protocols + Inventory control + Minimum of lead experience + Ability to perform hands-on warehouse work **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in foods or chemicals + Production experience, SQF, HAZMAT + Advanced Degree (Associates/Bachelors) preferred but not required **Why Work Here?** Our company is experiencing significant growth and the warehouse location is expected to become a central hub for the central region and east coast.
