**Warehouse Lead** **Weekly Pay || $20 an hour || Louisville, KY** **Come work for our brand new distribution facility with state of the art technology. Clean environment, with many opportunities for cross training and going permanent.** **Job Responsibilities:** 1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving. 2. Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity. 3. Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies. 4. Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory. 5. Oversee inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy. 6. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment. 7. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and address performance concerns through coaching and mentoring. 8. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and order fulfilment rates. **Warehouse** **Team Leader Required Skills** 1. Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals. 2. Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 3. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in inventory management and data entry. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members and other departments. 5.
