In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Inventory Control

Oversee the delivery of all daily warehouse functions in the most proficient, practical, and proactive way to ensure correct storage location and stock preservation, and ensure Safety and Quality expectations are met Ensure documentation accuracy, receiving, picking, issuing and dispatching of all warehouse items Ensure daily “PID” count maintenance is conducted and reconciled visa SAP. Report on overdue inventory

Dispatch

Ensure daily customer focused deliverables for new and refurbished valves are met and can be tracked through both SAP and the OneFlo systems Liaise with other teams to ensure delivery is maintained Monitor and review delivery dates Actively develop and build on relationships with customers Carry out Trade Compliance checks according to company policies

Stock Management

Review, recommend and administer all aspects of stock plan optimization Make recommendations for driving cost reduction initiatives and technology improvements Collaborate, coordinate assignments and reporting for Corporate Stock Audit requirements Conduct regular stock analysis and provide recommendations regarding stock plan optimization Provide streamlined planning advice to Management as required

People Leadership

Lead and mentor warehouse staff by creating an environment that fosters motivation and performance Ensure personal performance and team environment meets business goals Assist Backfill duties as necessary to maintain customer expectations

Other Responsibilities

Regularly review processes and make suggestions for improvements Observe and comply with relevant policies, procedures, and strategies Develop and maintain working relationships with all employees and ensure regular communication Maintain knowledge across client operation disciplines

Is effective in a variety of communication settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Experience in warehouse-related roles Ability to perform complex SAP processes and meet performance expectations of the business Strong understanding of integrated supply chain and logistics concepts
