Our client, a respected company in Swedesboro, NJ, is seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join their dynamic team. This role involves overseeing warehouse and production activities, ensuring the seamless movement of raw materials and finished goods, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, and has a proven track record in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the receipt, shipment, and movement of raw materials and finished goods within the warehouse and production areas using material-handling equipment.Support the Warehouse Supervisor with all tasks related to the operation of plant warehouse and production areas.Coordinate and direct forklift operators during shifts to ensure all material movements comply with company policies and procedures.Identify and report variances or discrepancies in material movement to the Warehouse Supervisor.Address workforce concerns and maintain a harmonious and efficient team environment.Ensure an adequate supply of pallets, packaging materials, and raw materials for production.Train forklift operators on proper handling and preservation of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods.Operate all material-handling equipment safely and attend annual safety training.

Qualifications

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.High school diploma or GED.1–3 years of relevant warehouse experience or equivalent training/education.Valid forklift operating license.Strong ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.Skilled in writing routine reports and effectively communicating with teams or groups.

Schedule

Monday to Saturday, starting at 6:00 AM until production concludes.
