Our client, a dynamic leader in third-party logistics (3PL) operations, is looking for a Warehouse Lead to join their team in Westampton, NJ. This role involves managing warehouse operations, leading a team, and driving efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, and shipping to ensure alignment with company standards and client requirements.Safely operate and oversee the use of forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, pallet jacks, and reach trucks) and train team members on proper equipment use.Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates, conduct team meetings, and monitor performance to achieve operational goals.Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a 3PL or logistics environment.Proven expertise in warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.Proficiency in operating various forklift equipment.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS/Extensiv) and Microsoft Office.Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is required.Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience.Shift Options:1st Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Monday–Thursday) and 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Sunday).Competitive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.
