Our client, a leading company in the apparel manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor Assistant to join their team in Santa Ana, CA. This role involves supporting the daily operations of the production team by coordinating activities, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining efficient workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Track production progress and input data into software systems.Prepare, scan, and submit daily reports.Review, correct, and manage production logs.Distribute documents and collect required signatures.Assist with timekeeping and processing time corrections.Support the supervisor in reviewing daily schedules with the Production Coordinator.Ensure all teams are promptly stationed at assigned machines.Monitor and maintain quality across machines, including design placement and color matching.Stock shelves and maintain necessary supplies.Collaborate with the production team to maintain efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Experience in garment screen printing or the decorated apparel industry.Bilingual proficiency (English and another language preferred).Previous experience in management or assistant management roles.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficient in computer skills, including data entry, Google Sheets/Docs, email communication, and general software use.Flexible, adaptable, and a team player.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay & Schedule

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:55 AM - 3:30 PM (flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as needed).Pay: $18.00 - $20.00
