\nUnder the direct supervision of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Associate will ensure a quality product is being delivered to the customers and received from Suppliers.
Primary functions will include processing all paperwork necessary for shipping and receiving goods. Employees are expected to maintain a safe, clean, and organized workplace at all times.
Warehouse Associate is responsible for the safe loading and unloading of materials along with correct paperwork being processed. Participates in GMP and food safety training. Follows GMP policy. Reports all food safety concerns with urgency.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Compares identifying information and counts weighs, or measures items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, orders, or other records. Removes shipped materials from delivery vehicles and moves to the designated storage area. Inspects outgoing trucks and documents inspection. Loads outbound trucks to assure stable loads. Examines receiving documents for storage destination. Prepares materials for orders and moves to the shipping area. Documents information relating to the receipt, storage, or distribution of materials. Operates a forklift for moving or stacking materials. Inspects assigned forklift truck Schedule Dock times Receive loads digitally and physically Weekly/EOM Cycle counts Print and Apply Labels Operate PIV Maintain Cleanliness or order Maintain Inventory Spreadsheet Other duties assigned \nWhat We Need From You High School diploma or equivalent. Eligible to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen. Ability to work 9-10 hour day M-F Work overtime as required.
