Our client, a dynamic logistics company, is looking for a Warehouse Lead to join their team in Chatsworth, CA. This role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient inventory management to meet company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise warehouse staff in daily activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.Assist in unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.Prepare orders by processing requests, pulling materials, packing boxes, labeling, repacking items, and product assembly.Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to organizational standards.Maintain inventory controls by recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer system.Ensure a safe and clean work environment by organizing the warehouse, keeping shelves and workstations neat, and performing cleaning tasks as needed.Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Google Sheets for various tasks.

Requirements:

Forklift experience, with a preference for stand-up forklift operation.Ability to work efficiently and maintain a fast pace throughout the workday.Team player with strong collaboration skills.Physical capability to lift and move objects weighing between 10-50 lbs occasionally.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
