**Company Urgently Hiring Warehouse Lead!** **Job Description** **3am-12:30pm must train for 2 weeks on the 7am shift** . We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations within our warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and assigning tasks to Machine Operators and Pick/Packers to ensure the efficient processing of orders using our Wave process on the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role involves monitoring order completion, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. **Responsibilities** + Assign tasks to Machine Operators and Pick/Packers to process received orders through the Wave process on WMS. + Determine the number of workers needed for daily operations in each warehouse zone and assign them appropriately. + Monitor order completion status and promptly resolve any issues. + Coordinate and manage the truck docking process for inbound and outbound trucks. + Review order documents and ensure the accuracy of delivered pallets; report damages or discrepancies. + Create Shipment No. on WMS and match it with PO# to update transactions. + Lead the inspection process of incoming products for quality, quantity, expiration date, and Lot No., and create Pallet License Plates. + Provide instructions to Pick/Packers and Machine Operators for moving and storing received pallets. + Assign Pick/Packers for pallet relocation for merging and replenishment. + Inspect actual inventory and rack occupation status regularly. + Manage daily warehouse conditions, ensuring safety, organization, and cleanliness. + Oversee the inspection process of outgoing pallets. + Direct Machine Operators on order loading, ensuring the process is completed safely and accurately. + Communicate the loading process status with the front office. **Essential Skills** + Experience with Forklift operations. + Proficiency in using RF scanners. + Skills in Picking, Order Pulling, and General Labor. + Experience in Inventory Control, Loading, and Shipping and Receiving. + Knowledge of using Pallet Jacks and Warehouse Inventory management. + Ability to handle Receiving and Unloading processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in managing the inspection process for incoming products. + Capability to lead and assign tasks to warehouse staff. + Proficiency in creating and managing Shipment Numbers on WMS. + Experience in organizing and storing inventory efficiently. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment with daily free lunches and opportunities for quick permanent hire.
