The position will oversee a team of 2-5 direct reports and may be responsible for additional dedicated resources. **RESPONSIBILITIES** + Responsible for managing the work and productivity of the team and supporting production + Responsible for inventory and warehouse activities. + Responsible for maintaining a productive relationship with all of operations + Identify improvement opportunities to continuously improve team performance + Oversee and maintain shipping and receiving paperwork and processes + Develop, maintain, and deliver training to warehouse colleagues + Responsible for FIFO and product rotation + Responsible for the safety and food safety of the department **Education** High School degree required or equivalent **Experience** Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment along with at least 1 year of relevant industry experience or equivalent. **Skills** + Ability to read and understand SOPs + Customer Service skills + Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite + Understanding of receiving and shipping processes + Methodical, hands-on, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving + Excellent written and oral communication skills.
