Here’s what you will be doing:

Thoroughly understand Bob’s Discount Furniture Company & Department Policies and proceduresPartner with Maintenance/Recycle Manager on all challenges, decisions, adjustments or changes to be made to ensure that all aspects of the Bob’s business plan are considered and followedEnsure that department training plan encompasses quality, speed and accuracyMentor, guide, coach and train other Recycling employees in recycling materials, safe cleaning and material handling practicesProvide updates to Managers throughout the day on all day-to-day activities and progress of associatesSort materials, operate forklift, and clamp trucksDelegate tasks and follow upAll other duties as assigned

Ability to communicate proactively and effectively including comprehending and communicating detailed instructions, reading and writing, and having knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures as required by the position.High School Diploma or equivalent Warehouse/mechanical experienceMust be able to operate bailers and compressed recyclablesMust be able to operate forklift and clamp truckExcellent communication and verbal skillsStrong leadership skillsStrong organizational skillsMust be able to operate and adjust to change in a fast-paced work environmentAbility to organize and prioritize the workload daily
