As a Warehouse Lead, you will be leading a team to ensure a safe and reliable operational environment. You will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse activities. You will ensure to meet internal and external customers requirement.
 

As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for:

Leading a team to provide and oversee the delivery and classification of incoming stockManaging internal systems to show receivership of goods, stocking levels and location of stockSharing information and data with internal cross-functional teams to highlight potential risks and opportunitiesLeading internal process by example to ensure compliance, safety and quality for your warehouse teamIdentifying and implementing enhancements to processes and procedures to improve efficiency

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a degree in a related discipline or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 3 years of industry experience gained in warehousing or logisticsHave at least 1 year of experience with large forkliftsHave leadership experience of managing a team in a cross-functional business organizationHave solid knowledge and understanding of ERP systems such as Oracle or SAPShow excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsDemonstrate the ability to utilize LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies
